The application process usually takes anywhere from a few days to about a week.
The application fee is $30 per person 18 years old or older or one application fee with established joint credit.
Anytime after the application is approved and your new home is ready. You can reserve an apartment by leaving a non-refundable reservation deposit. The reservation is credited back when you move in.
The pet deposit is $400. $200 refundable/$200 non-refundable. A monthly pet rent fee also applies per pet. Dogs under 30lbs are $25/month and dogs over 30lbs or more are $35/month. Cats are $15. For more pricing information view our pricing guide.
If you move in between the 1st and the 15th, we will prorate that month's rent. If you move in after the 15th, we will still prorate the rent, but ask you to pay the following month's rent at that time.
All apartments include washer/dryer sets. We also have an on-site facility.
When considering moving, you are required to submit a written 30-day notice to the office staff.
It can take up to 30 days to process a move-out statement.
We do offer incentives for referring friends. Incentives vary. Refer a friend form.
If something were to be broken or damaged in your apartment, our maintenance staff is available during office hours. For after hour emergencies (active flooding, etc.), please page maintenance. For routine maintanence, we have a work order form that you can fill out and our staff will contact you shortly.

If someone is continuously parking in your spot, come in and notify any one of the office staff and we will contact them personally, or in extreme cases, we may tow the vehicle. Contact us for more information.
